Instructional Assistant

Cross Country Education is looking for passionate Instructional Assistants with a passion to support students achieve their full potential in Delaware County, PA for the '25-'26 school year. 

Qualifications: 

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• ServSafe Certification (Preferred)
• Experience working with Preschool Kids 
• Special Education Experience preferred 
• Must have a reliable form of transportation

Pay and Benefits: 

• $19.50-$20.00 per hour
• Weekly Pay: Weekly direct deposit 
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for employees working 30+ hours per week.
