- Work Dates Needed: asap - July 18th, option to extend
- Preferred Schedule: full-time, 5 days/week (8 hour shifts) with one evening shift per week (10-7pm, and one Saturday per month. Or 4 days/week (9 hour shifts) § Additional evenings or Saturdays may be scheduled based on vacation/CME coverage for the team
- Worksite Setting: Community health Center (FQHC) - average of 18 to 20 patients per 8 hours, average of 24 ppd in a 9 hour shift
- Scope of Work: General dentistry- all ages- see additional info
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA License, DDS or DMD
- EMR: eClinicalWorks Dental (eCW)
- Pay Rate Preferred: $125
