  ultimately led to various process improvements, which translated to enhanced

  Due to provider absences and patient surges, our clients needed urgent
  support. Staffing needs were unpredictable, requiring nimble solutions. We
  worked to ensure our recruiting, screening, vetting, credentialing and
  onboarding processes were agile, effective and efficient, so clients got the
  providers needed &ndash; on the floor &ndash; STAT.
