"PACE Occupational Therapist Location: Vista, CA Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $43.00 -$56.00 (DOE) Requirements: Licensed Occupational Therapist in CA, 1+ year OT experience with geriatric population, CA driver’s license & transportation, bilingual English/Spanish preferred Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (LOA Coverage - July 9th -Nov 19, 2025) Position Summary:Temp, full-time role providing coverage while the current OT is on leave. The OT will work closely with a multidisciplinary care team to assess and support elderly participants in maintaining independence and improving function. Key Responsibilities: Assess participants' functional abilities and develop individualized care plans Deliver therapeutic activities and interventions to support mobility and independence Educate participants and caregivers on use of adaptive equipment and safety techniques Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed Conduct home and community site visits when required Document assessments, treatments, and progress notes accurately Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care Participate in staff training and development sessions Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards (PACE, CMS, DHCS) Maintain appropriate therapy supplies and equipment"
