One Diverse Team
As a market leader,
We have an obligation to promote dialogue with employees, clients, vendors, and our communities, and to listen, learn from, and consider all viewpoints as we conduct business. We are committed to maintaining a diverse workplace that respects each individual's age, race, gender, sexual orientation, and physical abilities – as well as diversity of thinking. Our vision is to build an inclusive work environment where all individuals are respected, inclusive behaviors are promoted, and where our diverse workforce and customers can derive value from people’s diversity of thinking and backgrounds. Understanding the role of the social determinants of health in achieving healthier outcomes, we commit to serve as a consultative workforce partner to our clients in the quest to achieve health equity by supporting the education and industry initiatives designed to address them.

Diversity in Action
Women Leading the Way
We are proud of our commitment to gender diversity, specifically when it comes to our inclusion, support and promotion of women within our corporation. Of our nearly 2,300 corporate employees, more than three-quarters are women. Our executive and clinical leadership teams are comprised of just over 60% women. We continually seek new and innovative ways to make our workplace culture more inclusive and supportive of women and their individual achievement goals, both on the job and off.
Supporting Diverse Businesses
Our commitment to diversity also includes our vendor and supplier partnerships. We strive to pursue business partnerships with diverse vendors and suppliers, identifying opportunities to engage minority, veteran-owned, women-owned, disability-owned, and LGBTQ-owned businesses.
Supporting the Veteran Community
We recognize the experience and dedication that veterans contribute to our business as employees, and as business partners and suppliers. We are committed to empowering military veterans who are business owners, hiring veterans in our own organization, and giving back to military veteran organizations that help those who have proudly served our great nation.
Powerful Voices. Diverse Cultures. One Cross Country.
At Cross Country, we believe the voices and minds of our talented employees serve the organization by identifying, generating, and offering solutions to real or perceived obstacles, as well as serve an important role as advisors to the organization’s overall Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. That’s why we’ve launched an employee-led council named Cross Country Impact. The council encourages employees from a wide variety of backgrounds and of diversity to come together, connect, build relationships and have their voices heard.
In May of 2022, we conducted our annual Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Survey to gauge employees’ perceptions of our commitment to DE&I and solicit their input on future initiatives.
